I read news stories each and every day about accidents involving cyclists

the slant is always anti-cyclist

they take in all sorts of variables
&quot;the cyclist was not wearing a helmet&quot;
or whatever

never to they look at the basic fact
if the car or truck involved in the accident is going one mile an hour over the speed limit they are speeding...

and I bet that police do not have the sense to check the drivers phone and email records for the time around the accident</description>
